Emergency notice: If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please stop and contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. This platform is not an emergency service.
1 Nature of our service
Let Me Hear You is a compassionate listening platform, not a professional health, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal service of any kind.
The purpose of this platform is to provide a safe, anonymous space where individuals can express their thoughts and emotions freely, and optionally receive a warm, thoughtful, human response from our volunteer team. It is designed to offer emotional relief through the act of being heard — nothing more, and nothing less.
Think of us as a kind, attentive friend — not a doctor, therapist, or advisor. We listen with warmth, but we are not professionals.
2 Not a substitute for professional help
The content on this website, and any responses provided by our team, do not constitute and should not be relied upon as:

- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Crisis intervention
- Any form of regulated professional service
If you are dealing with a serious emotional, mental health, medical, legal, or financial issue, we strongly encourage you to seek help from a qualified, licensed professional in the relevant field.
